Certain content, including property details, dossiers, and current mandates, is available only to visitors who submit a request and are approved by the Firm. Submitting a request does not guarantee access. The Firm reserves sole discretion to grant, deny, or revoke access to gated content at any time.

Information shared with you regarding private mandates, off-market opportunities, pricing, or seller identity is confidential. By requesting or receiving access, you agree not to disclose, distribute, or use this information other than for your own genuine evaluation of the opportunity, and not to contact a seller, developer, or counterparty directly outside of the Firm’s coordination.

Real estate market data, valuations, and forecasts referenced on this site, including third-party data attributed to named sources, are provided for context and are not guarantees of future performance, achievable price, or transaction outcome. Past transactions referenced on this site are not a guarantee of similar results in any future engagement.

Third-Party Referrals
The Firm may introduce clients to independent architects, contractors, engineers, interior designers, or other specialists as a courtesy. These parties are independent of the Firm. The Firm does not warrant, guarantee, or accept liability for work performed, advice given, or outcomes produced by any third party introduced through the Firm.

All content on this site, including text, market analysis, and design, is the property of BS Estates unless otherwise attributed, and may not be reproduced or redistributed without written permission.
